These Terms of Use (« Terms ») constitute a legally binding agreement between you (« User », « you ») and ActorFab, operated by Service media from Paris, France (« we », « us », or « our »). By accessing or using our website www.actorfab.com (the « Website ») or any services provided through it, including purchasing subscriptions to view adult video content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

1. Age and Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The Website contains sexually explicit adult material. By accessing the Website, you confirm that viewing such content does not violate the laws of your country or community.

2. Account and Subscription

3. Content License

Upon active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the videos and other content on the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not: download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly, sell, rent, lease, or create derivative works from any content.
All content remains our property or the property of our licensors. We reserve all intellectual property rights.

4. Payments and Billing and Pricing Information

Subscription fees are displayed at the time of purchase and may include applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) depending on your location.

Billing details :

• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend/terminate your access.
• There is currently no free trial, introductory offer or promotional period. The full subscription price is charged immediately upon purchase
• Your payment method will be charged the subscription amount on a recurring monthly basis unless you cancel before the next renewal date
• The exact transaction amount and next billing date are always visible in your account settings
• To cancel the agreement and any subsequent transactions: log into your account and cancel via the subscription settings, or contact us at contact@actorfab.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend/terminate your access. You agree not to initiate chargebacks unless the charge is clearly unauthorized; fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent ban and recovery of costs.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds once a subscription period has started, except in cases of clear technical error on our side or unauthorized charges (in which case contact us immediately at contact@actorfab.com).
Refund requests related to billing issues should first be directed to our billing partner Verotel (www.vtsup.com / livesupport@verotel.com).
We reserve the right to issue goodwill refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Chargeback or payment dispute
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your access ends immediately and you must destroy any downloaded content.

7. Cancellation and Termination

We are fully responsible for all content published on this Website. All content (including photos, videos, chats, videocalls and cam shows) is reviewed and moderated by our team before publication to ensure it does not contain any illegal, non-consensual or prohibited material. Content is only made available after successful moderation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent age verification, security measures or payment systems
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the site
• Harass other users or staff
• Use the service for any commercial purpose

We cooperate fully with law enforcement regarding illegal activities.

9. Third-Party Links Policy

Any third-party links that are found to contain violating or illegal content will be immediately removed. Links to external sites that offer content beyond our control or monitoring capabilities (e.g. external camsites) are not allowed and will be removed.

10. Complaints Policy

• If illegal or unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours
• All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant’s satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days. Creators, models and users can contact us by email (contact@actorfab.com) or via the report form for any complaints.

11. Statement of Responsibility

We are solely and fully responsible for all content that we upload, publish, submit or display on this website. There is no user-generated content for which we disclaim responsibility.

12. Human / Sex Trafficking Policy (Anti-Modern Slavery)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation of persons. Any content or activity that appears to involve trafficking, coercion, or exploitation will be immediately removed, the associated account will be permanently banned, and we will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

13. No Warranties – « As Is »

The Website and content are provided « as is » and « as available » without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access.
